Instructions

- Add the eggs and mix until the batter becomes silky and fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared ramekin and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the center is just set and the top turns lightly golden.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother batter.
- Do not overbake, the center should have a slight jiggle.
