These 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls are a simple, no-bake treat that combines the sweetness of Oreos with the rich creaminess of peanut butter, all dipped in smooth, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate. Perfect for any occasion, they’re sure to be a hit at parties, holiday gatherings, or as an everyday indulgence!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (15.25 oz) Oreo cookies (or similar sandwich cookies)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white chocolate)

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreos:
    • Place the Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed into crumbs. If you don’t have a food processor, place the Oreos in a Ziploc bag and crush them using a rolling pin.
  • Mix with Peanut Butter:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the peanut butter. Stir until everything is well combined. The mixture should be thick and dough-like.
  • Shape the Balls:
    • Roll the Oreo-peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.
  • Dip in Chocolate:
    • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
    • Dip each Oreo peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork or spoon to coat them completely. Gently tap off any excess chocolate before placing the balls back on the parchment-lined sheet.
  • Chill:
    • Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes to set the chocolate. Alternatively, place them in the freezer for quicker setting.
  • Serve:
    • Once the chocolate is firm, your peanut butter Oreo cookie balls are ready to serve!

Notes

  • You can adjust the type of chocolate depending on your preference—milk, dark, or white chocolate all work wonderfully.
  • For an extra touch, feel free to sprinkle the chocolate-coated balls with crushed Oreos or colorful sprinkles before refrigerating.
