Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large fresh peaches, halved and pitted
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix rolled oats, sliced almonds, melted butter, cinnamon, honey, and a pinch of salt until well coated.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Halve and pit the peaches. Place them cut side up in the basket. Spoon the oat mixture evenly into the centers.
- Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, until peaches are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Drizzle with extra honey or maple syrup if desired. Let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with ice cream, yogurt, or a dusting of powdered sugar.
Notes
- Use firm, ripe peaches to avoid sogginess.
- Add vanilla or nutmeg to the oat mix for extra flavor.
- Don’t skip the parchment — it saves time on cleanup!
