Airfryer steak bites

Airfryer steak bites

Juicy, tender airfryer steak bites cooked to perfection and tossed in rich garlic butter for a quick, flavorful meal that feels indulgent but is incredibly easy to make.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 450 g steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the airfryer to 200°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Lightly grease the airfryer basket if needed.
  4. Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the airfryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
  5. Airfry for 7 to 9 minutes, shaking halfway through, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. While the steak cooks, melt the butter in a small saucepan and gently stir in the minced garlic.
  7. Toss the hot steak bites with the garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Cut the steak evenly to ensure consistent cooking.
  • Avoid overcrowding the airfryer basket for the best browning.
  • Reheat leftovers in the airfryer for best texture.
