Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and add diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Cook for 5–7 minutes until apples are tender and sauce thickens. Let cool.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
- Fill each cup with a teaspoon of cheesecake mixture, followed by a spoonful of apple filling.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly, then top with whipped cream and a pinch of nutmeg if desired.
