  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Whipped Cream, for topping
  • Pinch of Ground Nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and add diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Cook for 5–7 minutes until apples are tender and sauce thickens. Let cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
  5. Fill each cup with a teaspoon of cheesecake mixture, followed by a spoonful of apple filling.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly, then top with whipped cream and a pinch of nutmeg if desired.
