Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Prepare a steamer or large pan with lid.
- Combine Ingredients: Mix ground meat, cooked rice, carrots, mushrooms, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
