- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 small green apple, cored and sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 3/4 cup water or coconut water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine spinach and water or coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add avocado, apple, cucumber, ginger, lemon juice, and ice to the blender.
- Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust lemon juice or ice to your preference.
- Pour into a glass, garnish if desired, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Use frozen apple slices for a colder, thicker smoothie without watering it down.
- Add chia or flax seeds for extra fiber.
- To sweeten, include a date or half a banana.
