Avocado Detox

A creamy, refreshing smoothie that blends ripe avocado with green apple, spinach, and ginger for a bright, energizing detox drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 small green apple, cored and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 3/4 cup water or coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine spinach and water or coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add avocado, apple, cucumber, ginger, lemon juice, and ice to the blender.
  3. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust lemon juice or ice to your preference.
  5. Pour into a glass, garnish if desired, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen apple slices for a colder, thicker smoothie without watering it down.
  • Add chia or flax seeds for extra fiber.
  • To sweeten, include a date or half a banana.
