- 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken sausage, finely chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken sausage, cream cheese, red bell pepper, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay out the crescent dough triangles on the baking sheet.
- Place a spoonful of the sausage filling on the wide end of each triangle and roll up toward the point.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with bagel seasoning if using.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool slightly before serving to allow the filling to set.

- Let the dough come to room temperature before working with it for easier handling.
- Use a cookie scoop for even filling distribution.
- Leftovers reheat best in the oven for maximum flakiness.
- You can freeze baked rolls and reheat when needed.
