Instructions
- Toast panko breadcrumbs in a pan until golden and crisp.
- Prepare sushi rice and slice all fillings.
- Place nori on a bamboo mat and spread rice evenly.
- Add shrimp, cucumber, avocado, and cream cheese.
- Roll tightly using the mat.
- Top with toasted panko and drizzle sauces.
- Slice into even pieces and serve.
