Ingredients

  • 4 nori sheets

  • 3 tablespoons sweet sauce

Instructions

  1. Toast panko breadcrumbs in a pan until golden and crisp.
  2. Prepare sushi rice and slice all fillings.
  3. Place nori on a bamboo mat and spread rice evenly.
  4. Add shrimp, cucumber, avocado, and cream cheese.
  5. Roll tightly using the mat.
  6. Top with toasted panko and drizzle sauces.
  7. Slice into even pieces and serve.
