- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
- Spread remaining barbecue sauce over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Top with mozzarella, chicken, cheddar, and red onions.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped cilantro, and let sit for 2 minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
