  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce.
  3. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
  4. Spread remaining barbecue sauce over the dough, leaving a small border.
  5. Top with mozzarella, chicken, cheddar, and red onions.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped cilantro, and let sit for 2 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
