- 4 lavash bread sheets
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 medium tomato diced
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Mix ground beef with garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add beef to skillet and cook until browned.
- Prepare lavash with lettuce, tomato, and yogurt.
- Add cooked beef on top.
- Roll wraps tightly.
- Serve immediately.
