- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (cold, diced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, toss the mixed berries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until evenly coated.
- Pour the berry mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold diced butter and use fingers or pastry cutter to mix until coarse crumbs form.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the berries evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the top is golden and the berries are bubbling around the edges.
- Let rest for 10–15 minutes before serving. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

- Use a mix of tart and sweet berries for depth of flavor.
- Frozen berries can be used without thawing.
- Add chopped nuts like almonds or pecans for crunch.
