Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients: ground beef, mustard, vinegar, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, tomato soup, water, salt, chili powder, and sugar.
  • Stir the mixture well to combine.
  • Bring the chili to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Once boiling, reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
