Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add black sesame paste and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, vanilla extract, flour, and salt until smooth.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until top is deeply caramelized and center slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
