Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add black sesame paste and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in heavy cream, vanilla extract, flour, and salt until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until top is deeply caramelized and center slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
