  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  • Combine the Ingredients:
    In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, and heavy cream until smooth.
  • Add the Blue Cheese:
    Gently fold in the crumbled blue cheese and fresh chives, mixing until the blue cheese is evenly distributed throughout the dressing.
  • Adjust the Consistency:
    If the dressing is too thick, thin it out by adding a bit more heavy cream, a teaspoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
