  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (or balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (for depth)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
