Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits (not flaky layers)
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 330°F (165°C) and lightly grease the basket with nonstick spray.
  2. Separate each biscuit into two layers, creating 16 circles.
  3. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of blueberry pie filling in the center of each circle.
  4. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  5. Brush the tops and bottoms of each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  6. Arrange the bombs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are about 2 inches apart.
  7. Air fry for 7–8 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For added richness, spread room-temperature cream cheese over each biscuit before adding the pie filling.
  • Experiment with other pie fillings like cherry, apple, or peach for different flavor variations.
  • If you don’t have an air fryer, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 12–14 minutes until golden.
  • Dust with powdered sugar or serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent treat.
