  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and set it aside.

Mix Chicken and Buffalo Sauce: 2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce and mix until well coated.

Prepare Cheese Mixture: 3. In another bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Layer the Lasagna: 4. Spread a layer of the chicken and Buffalo sauce mixture on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. 5. Place a layer of cooked lasagna noodles on top of the chicken mixture. 6. Add a layer of the ricotta and ranch cheese mixture, followed by a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese and crumbled blue cheese. 7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a generous layer of mozzarella and blue cheese on top.

Bake: 8. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. 9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve: 10. Let the lasagna cool slightly before slicing. 11. Drizzle with extra ranch dressing before serving for added creaminess and flavor.
