Buldak Carbonara Spring Rolls

Crispy golden spring rolls filled with creamy, spicy buldak carbonara noodles, perfectly crunchy on the outside and rich and cheesy inside.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant spicy chicken ramen noodles (about 140g each)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 100g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup (100g) grated mozzarella cheese
  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain well.
  2. Mix noodles with seasoning packets, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, mozzarella, and green onions until creamy.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of filling onto each spring roll wrapper, fold sides inward, and roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
  4. Heat vegetable oil to 175 C in a deep pan.
  5. Fry rolls in batches for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the wrappers to prevent bursting.
  • Keep wrappers covered with a damp cloth while assembling.
  • Reheat leftovers in the oven for best crispiness.
