- 2 packs instant spicy chicken ramen noodles (about 140g each)
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 100g cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup (100g) grated mozzarella cheese
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain well.
- Mix noodles with seasoning packets, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, mozzarella, and green onions until creamy.
- Place 2 tablespoons of filling onto each spring roll wrapper, fold sides inward, and roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
- Heat vegetable oil to 175 C in a deep pan.
- Fry rolls in batches for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Do not overfill the wrappers to prevent bursting.
- Keep wrappers covered with a damp cloth while assembling.
- Reheat leftovers in the oven for best crispiness.
