Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded purple cabbage

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by shredding cabbage and julienning carrots.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, parsley, and almonds.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Let the salad rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Toss again and serve fresh.
