Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). Remove any plastic packaging from the cheese, but keep it in its wooden box if possible. Place the box on a baking tray.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Lightly score the top of the Camembert. Press garlic halves and rosemary sprigs into the top, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and sea salt, then drizzle with olive oil.
