Ingredients

  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix spinach, feta, mozzarella, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Layer phyllo dough in the dish, brushing each layer with oil.
  4. Add the filling evenly and cover with remaining phyllo layers.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve.
