- 1 package phyllo dough
- 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
- Mix spinach, feta, mozzarella, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Layer phyllo dough in the dish, brushing each layer with oil.
- Add the filling evenly and cover with remaining phyllo layers.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve.

- Keep phyllo dough covered to prevent drying.
- Drain spinach well to avoid soggy texture.
