Instructions

- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped parsley.
- Lightly grease the waffle maker.
- Add batter and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the waffle maker and let rest briefly before serving.
Notes
- Freshly shredded cheese melts better than packaged shredded cheese.
- Do not overmix the batter to keep waffles fluffy.
- Cooked waffles can be reheated in a toaster to restore crisp texture.
