A mouthwatering combination of classic cheeseburger flavors on a crispy pizza crust. Topped with seasoned ground beef, a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and garnished with pickles, onions, and a drizzle of ketchup and mustard, this pizza is a perfect crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.

  • Prepare the Dough:
    Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12–14 inch circle. Brush the edges with olive oil.

  • Assemble the Pizza:
    Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Add a layer of cheese, then the seasoned ground beef. Top with more cheese.

  • Bake the Pizza:
    Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.

  • Add the Burger Flair:
    Top with optional pickles and red onion. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the crust if desired.
