- 2 packs instant noodles
- 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 2 tablespoons kimchi juice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions and reserve some cooking water.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add kimchi and kimchi juice, then cook briefly.
- Add cooked noodles and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Add a splash of reserved noodle water and stir.
- Top with cheese and let it melt over low heat.
- Cook eggs sunny side up and place on top.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Use well-fermented kimchi for stronger flavor
- Freshly grated cheese melts better
- Serve immediately for best texture
