Cheesy Lobster Ravioli Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 18 ounces cheese ravioli
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook ravioli in boiling water just until they float (2–3 minutes), then drain.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, and parmesan. Cook until smooth and melted. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Spread a small amount of sauce in the bottom of the baking dish. Add the ravioli and lobster meat, then pour the remaining sauce on top.
  6. Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly.
  7. Broil for 1–2 minutes to get a golden crust. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Don’t overcook ravioli before baking to prevent them from becoming mushy.
  • Use fresh grated cheese for best flavor and melting quality.
  • Add lemon zest to the sauce for a fresh citrusy kick.
