Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 18 ounces cheese ravioli
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook ravioli in boiling water just until they float (2–3 minutes), then drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, and parmesan. Cook until smooth and melted. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread a small amount of sauce in the bottom of the baking dish. Add the ravioli and lobster meat, then pour the remaining sauce on top.
- Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes to get a golden crust. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Don’t overcook ravioli before baking to prevent them from becoming mushy.
- Use fresh grated cheese for best flavor and melting quality.
- Add lemon zest to the sauce for a fresh citrusy kick.
