- 1 pack ramen noodles (about 3 oz)
- 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked turkey
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, heavy cream, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and half the chopped meat. Set aside.
- Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions but stop 1 minute early. Reserve 2 tablespoons of noodle water before draining.
- Return drained noodles to the pan. Add the cheese-potato mixture and reserved noodle water. Stir over low heat until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Sprinkle with remaining meat and chopped chives if using.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Use freshly shredded cheese for smoother melting.
- Don’t skip the noodle water it helps loosen the sauce.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Reheat with a splash of milk to maintain creaminess.
