- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3–4 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add frozen berries, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
- Start blending on low, then increase to high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until frosty.
- Pour into a glass and top with extra chia seeds or berries if you like.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Use frozen fruit for best texture and chill.
- Soak chia seeds in almond milk for 10 minutes before blending to soften them.
- Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost.
