- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup creamy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning and some sauce.
- Grease a baking dish.
- Layer tortillas, chicken mixture, cheese, and sauce repeatedly.
- Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Add lettuce and tomatoes after baking.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overuse sauce to prevent sogginess
- Let it rest before slicing
- Use fresh cheese for better melt
