Chicken Crunchwrap Casserole

A layered, cheesy Tex-Mex inspired casserole with seasoned shredded chicken, tortillas, and fresh toppings, baked until golden and served warm.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup creamy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning and some sauce.
  3. Grease a baking dish.
  4. Layer tortillas, chicken mixture, cheese, and sauce repeatedly.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Add lettuce and tomatoes after baking.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overuse sauce to prevent sogginess
