Instructions

  2. Melt butter and sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.

  4. Gradually add chicken broth while stirring.
  5. Add chicken, peas, milk, and cream, then simmer until thick.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley.
  7. Serve warm.
