- 24 wonton wrappers
- 8 ounces chicken sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken sausage, cream cheese, mozzarella, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each mini muffin cup to form cups.
- Spoon a heaping teaspoon of filling into each wonton wrapper.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
