- 680 g boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 60 ml olive oil
- 45 ml fresh lemon juice
- 5 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 g dried oregano
- 1 g red pepper flakes (optional)
- 6 g salt
- 2 g black pepper
- 15 g fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220 C or heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Lightly oil a grill pan or line a baking tray to prevent sticking.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces evenly onto skewers.
- Cook the skewers for 14 to 16 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and let rest briefly before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes before use to prevent burning.
- Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure proper browning.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to control heat level.
