  • 9 oz premade pizza dough
  • Olive oil (for brushing)

For the Filling:

  • 10 tbsp leftover chili (or bolognese)
  • 10 cubes of cheese (½ inch)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 heaped tsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 heaped tsp minced garlic
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

For Serving:

  • Sour cream

Instructions

  • Make Garlic Butter:
    In a bowl, combine the unsalted butter, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well to form a garlic butter mixture.
  • Prepare Dough:
    Roll out the pizza dough into a long, thin log shape. Slice it into 10 identical chunks. Stretch each chunk and flatten it out.
  • Fill Dough:
    Place 1 tablespoon of leftover chili and 1 cube of cheese in the center of each dough chunk. Fold the dough into a ball shape and seal the seams tightly.
  • Bake:
    Spray a baking tray with olive oil. Arrange the dough balls on the tray and brush them with the garlic butter mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 8-12 minutes, or until the dough balls are golden brown.
  • Serve:
    Once baked, serve the chilli stuffed dough balls with a side of sour cream for dipping.
