Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions.
- Assemble egg rolls by spooning filling into wrappers, rolling tightly, and sealing with water.
- Shape ground beef into small patties and season lightly.
- Coat chicken tenders lightly with flour (optional for extra crispiness).
- Fry egg rolls for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy, drain on paper towels.
- Pan-sear sliders for 3 minutes per side, add cheese to melt.
- Fry chicken tenders until golden, then toss in sweet chili sauce.
- Toast slider buns in oven for 2 minutes, then assemble with mayo, patty, and bun top.
- Slice egg rolls diagonally and arrange on a platter with sliders and chicken tenders.
- Serve immediately with ramekins of ranch dressing.
