  • ½ pound ground beef (divided into slider-sized patties)
  • 4 slider buns
  • 2 cheddar cheese slices (halved)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • ½ cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 6 chicken tenders or strips
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions.
  3. Assemble egg rolls by spooning filling into wrappers, rolling tightly, and sealing with water.
  4. Shape ground beef into small patties and season lightly.
  5. Coat chicken tenders lightly with flour (optional for extra crispiness).
  6. Fry egg rolls for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy, drain on paper towels.
  7. Pan-sear sliders for 3 minutes per side, add cheese to melt.
  8. Fry chicken tenders until golden, then toss in sweet chili sauce.
  9. Toast slider buns in oven for 2 minutes, then assemble with mayo, patty, and bun top.
  10. Slice egg rolls diagonally and arrange on a platter with sliders and chicken tenders.
  11. Serve immediately with ramekins of ranch dressing.

  • Don’t overfill egg rolls to prevent bursting during frying.
