Ingredients

  • 1 family-size bag kettle chips (about 10 oz)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix shredded cheddar and blue cheese crumbles in a bowl.
  3. Spread kettle chips evenly on the baking sheet.
  4. Layer half the cheese mixture over the chips, add another layer of chips, then top with remaining cheese.
  5. Drizzle buffalo sauce evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and top with green onions, if using.
  8. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
