- 1 family-size bag kettle chips (about 10 oz)
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 2 chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix shredded cheddar and blue cheese crumbles in a bowl.
- Spread kettle chips evenly on the baking sheet.
- Layer half the cheese mixture over the chips, add another layer of chips, then top with remaining cheese.
- Drizzle buffalo sauce evenly over the top.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with green onions, if using.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
Notes
- Use thick kettle chips to avoid sogginess.
- Try adding jalapeños or diced tomatoes before baking for variety.
