- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.
- Pour in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in most of the chocolate chips and sprinkle a few on top.
- Microwave for 60–90 seconds, depending on your microwave strength.
- Let it cool for a minute, then top with banana slices or extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Enjoy warm straight from the mug or ramekin.
