For the Cream Cheese Mixture:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 packet Berry Blast™ Cheese Ball Mix
For the Cake:
1 package Classy Chocolate Pound Cake Mix
¾ cup water
¾ cup butter, melted
1 large egg
Instructions
Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Berry Blast Cheese Ball Mix.
Mix vigorously until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or a quart-sized freezer bag.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Bake the Cake:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the Classy Chocolate Pound Cake Mix, water, melted butter, and egg. Mix until blended, being careful not to overmix; the batter will be lumpy.
Spread the batter into a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely.
Prepare the Bites:
Remove the cream cheese mixture from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes to soften.
Cut the cooled cake into 1-inch cubes.
Massage the bag containing the cream cheese mixture to soften it further.
If using a freezer bag, cut off a small corner of the bag to pipe the mixture.
Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto each cake cube.
