- 4 ounces dark chocolate, melted
- 2 ounces white chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
- Add softened butter and vanilla extract, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Press a small indentation into each ball and fill with fruit jam.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until set but still soft.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Dip each bite into melted dark chocolate and place on a rack to set.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate and let set fully before serving.

- Use a thick jam to prevent leaking during baking.
