Cinnamon Roll Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 or round baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. In another bowl, melt the butter.
  3. Cut each biscuit into four pieces and place them in a large bowl or zip-top bag.
  4. Pour the melted butter over the biscuit pieces and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Add the cinnamon sugar mixture and shake or toss until all pieces are well coated.
  6. Transfer the coated dough into the greased baking dish and arrange evenly.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth to make the icing.
  9. Drizzle the icing over the warm cinnamon roll bites before serving.
