- 4 prepared cinnamon rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese icing
Instructions
- Slice the cinnamon rolls horizontally so each roll forms a top and bottom half.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Place shredded mozzarella on the bottom half of each cinnamon roll.
- Close the rolls to form sandwiches.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bottom turns golden and the cheese begins to melt.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side until warm and lightly crisp.
- Remove from the skillet, drizzle with icing, and serve immediately.
