CINNAMON ROLL GRILLED CHEESE

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Slice the cinnamon rolls horizontally so each roll forms a top and bottom half.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  3. Place shredded mozzarella on the bottom half of each cinnamon roll.
  4. Close the rolls to form sandwiches.
  5. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bottom turns golden and the cheese begins to melt.
  6. Flip carefully and cook the other side until warm and lightly crisp.
  7. Remove from the skillet, drizzle with icing, and serve immediately.
