Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 2 Crushed Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • A tiny pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  2. Scoop the mixture into glass jars or ramekins.
  3. Fold in most of the crushed cookies, reserving some for topping.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  5. Top with remaining cookie crumbs before serving and enjoy chilled.
