Ingredients
Scale
- 3 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with chopped dried cranberries and green onions until evenly combined.
- Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
- Spoon cranberry sauce lightly over the top in a swirl or zigzag pattern.
- Roll the tortilla up tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Unwrap and slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a serrated knife.
- Arrange on a platter and garnish with extra green onions if desired.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for easier spreading.
- Don’t overfill the tortillas to avoid messy slicing.
- Let rolls chill fully before slicing for clean edges.
- Try spinach or tomato wraps for a festive color variation.
