  • 4 large tortillas or wraps (whole wheat, spinach, or your choice)
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves (romaine, spinach, or mixed greens)
  • Optional: sliced avocado, feta cheese, or sliced apples

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken Salad:
    • Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, celery, and red onion.
    • Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  • Assemble the Wraps:
