Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup reserved pasta water
Optional Garnishes:
Chopped parsley or chives
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
Boil bowtie pasta according to package instructions.
Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
Brown the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned.
Drain excess grease and set the cooked beef aside.
Sauté Aromatics:
In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Prepare the Sauce:
Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, followed by sour cream or heavy cream.
Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes, then mix in the sweet corn.
Combine Everything:
Return the cooked beef to the skillet and toss with the sauce.
