Ingredients
Scale
- 12 ounces farfalle pasta
- 6 ounces smoked salmon, finely chopped
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine cream, cream cheese, half the Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Add smoked salmon, green onions, and half the chives. Cook for 3–5 minutes until warmed through.
- In a large bowl, toss cooked pasta with the creamy sauce until evenly coated.
- Transfer pasta to the greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with remaining chives and enjoy!
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for best melting and flavor.
- A splash of pasta water can help loosen the sauce if needed.
- To add greens, mix in spinach or peas before baking.
