- 1 pound salmon fillets, skinless and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat or preheat an air fryer to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and heat until shimmering, or lightly oil the air fryer basket.
- Toss the salmon cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
- Cook the salmon in a single layer, turning gently, until golden and crispy on all sides, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
- Toss the cooked salmon lightly in the sauce and finish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sriracha to control spice level.
- Cook salmon in batches to keep it crispy.
- Toss in sauce just before serving for best texture.
