- 1 cup oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook ground beef with onion, garlic, and spices until browned.
- Stir in shredded cheese until slightly melted.
- Place filling onto tortillas and roll tightly.
- Fry until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with dips.
