Instructions

  • Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
  • Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Shape the Chips: Spoon small portions of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread each portion into thin, even circles using the back of a spoon or a spatula. The thinner they are, the crispier they’ll become. Leave space between each chip to allow for spreading during baking.
