- 4 large flour tortillas, cut into small rounds
- 1 cup cooked salmon, flaked
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl combine salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, green onions, chives, and black pepper until creamy.
- Cut tortilla circles and press them into the muffin tin to form small cups.
- Lightly brush the tortilla cups with olive oil.
- Spoon the salmon mixture evenly into each tortilla cup.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges become golden and crisp.
- Remove from oven, garnish with extra chives, and serve warm.
Notes
- Drain salmon well to keep the filling creamy.
- Do not overfill the tortilla cups.
- Fresh herbs provide the best flavor.
