A decadent no-bake dessert combining layers of creamy peanut butter filling, rich chocolate pudding, and a crunchy Oreo crust, topped with whipped topping and chocolate shavings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz Cool Whip, divided
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • Chocolate shavings or grated chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreos, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in 8 oz of Cool Whip and spread this mixture over the Oreo crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold in the remaining 8 oz of Cool Whip and spread this pudding mixture over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Top with chocolate shavings or grated chocolate for garnish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.

Notes

  • Ensure the dessert is fully chilled before slicing for clean cuts.
  • For a firmer texture, freeze the dessert for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Feel free to add chopped peanuts or mini Reese’s cups between layers for added crunch and flavor.
