2 cups Oreo cookies, crushed
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
16 oz Cool Whip, divided
2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
Chocolate shavings or grated chocolate for garnish
Instructions
Combine crushed Oreos, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
In a mixing bowl, blend together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in 8 oz of Cool Whip and spread this mixture over the Oreo crust.
In another bowl, whisk together instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold in the remaining 8 oz of Cool Whip and spread this pudding mixture over the peanut butter layer.
Top with chocolate shavings or grated chocolate for garnish.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
